Local Government Center (LGC)
Local Government
Center (LGC) functioning at GIPA's
School of Government has commenced its programs in 2002. The major
objective of Center's activities is to assist decentralization process and
local government reform in Georgia through capacity building of qualified cadre
of local government and self-government leaders, managers, and administrators,
NGO and community leaders, as well as other professionals.
