A Message from the Dean of the School of Government

I am delighted to welcome the group of students to the School of Government. Especially rewarding is to see the increased number of students that demonstrate interest in the programs within the school.

The School of Government is privileged to contribute to the professional and academic development of future leaders of Georgia. The continued success of the Institute is largely due to its various stakeholders. I would especially note assistance of our partners in providing financial, programmatic and faculty support. The invited faculty members from educational institutions of US make the School of Government a truly international school. Systematic discussions through forum of international speakers and students further enhance research capacity of GIPA.

Dear students, I hope that your expectations towards the program will be fulfilled and that you assume various responsibilities aimed at improvement of public as well as private sectors of our country upon completion of your studies. GIPA, as your Alma Mater, will value contact with its alumni in order to provide you with lifelong learning opportunities, as well as to benefit from your increased experiences that will result from your future professional endeavours.

Therefore, today should not only be the beginning of your academic year in GIPA but also of a long lasting relationship between you, your team mates and our staff.
