Certified Program in Management

The
program aims to introduce the profession of management to its participants. It
focuses on development of knowledge necessary for establishing and managing a
successful organization, adequately defining management functions and
identifying the distinguishing differences among the major methods in business
and government.
The program welcomes individuals with any educational background who seek to get
familiar with main principles of management in order to effectively contribute
to managing public, private or national/international non-profit organizations.
Our primary goal is “training for excellence”. We provide participants with the
skills necessary to enhance their attitudes, values and work habits. Our
emphasis is on the particular training related to the shift in tasks or roles
that managers are continuously subjected to in their organizations.
ur skilled faculty members, leading practitioners and professional consultants
offer special educational methods and teaching techniques for increasing
students’ awareness and understanding of managerial concepts.
Three best students of the program will be sent to take internships in public or
private organizations of Georgia.
The program alumni wishing to apply to any of the master’s programs of the
School of Government will be granted special privileges.

The
program is delivered in Georgian. Duration of the program is 4 months. The
program will start on October 28, 2009. Classes will be held 4 times a week,
from 18:30. The tuition fee is 2000 GEL. The fee must be paid before the start
of the studies.
