• Mr. Mamuka Makhatadze mmakhatadze@mdf.org.ge
  Lecturer of Management, Mr. Mamuka Makhatadze joined the GIPA in the spring of 2003. He teaches the course "General Management for Public Administrators". He works for the Municipal Development Fund of Gerogia as a Director of the Technical Assistance Department. Mr.Mamuka Makhatadze received his MD Degree from Tbilisi Medical Institute in 1985 and PhD in immunology from Moscow Institute of Immunology in 1990. He received his MBA from the Wake Forest University, Babcock Graduate School of Management in 2002."

  Ms. Keti Melikadze holds Master of Arts degree in International Development Policy. Her specialization is social policy and policy anlysis. Ketevan is a director of charity organization “The First Step Foundation” and simultaneously is a consultant in social issues of the Georgian Think Tank ‘The Strategic Research Center”. Ketevan has been working in GIPA since 2004 as a visiting lecture of Public Policy.

  Mr. Tornike Sharashenidze is a director of Information Center on NATO. He holds an MPA and is PhD candidate at GIPA. Mr. Sharashenidze publishes columns in 24 Hours Daily.

• Ms. Tsira Elisashvili is a graduate of Tbilisi Art Academy, Department of Monumental Art and MPA at GIPA, with specialization of local and self-governance. As an urban specialist, she works at Tbilisi Social Space Planning and Development Center.
