Georgian Institute of Public
Affairs (GIPA), School of Law and Politics
announces call for applications for the Certificate Program in Business Law.
The Certificate Program in Business Law is designed not
only for lawyers, but also for students from business sector, who want to
acquire knowledge in business related legal subjects.
The program is
comprised of the following subjects:

International Corporate Law

Corporate Governance
*
International Trade Law
*
Comparative Contract law and
Contract Drafting
Duration and structure:
The duration of the program is 3 months. Classes will be held 4 days a week,
each session will last for 3 hours starting at 6:30 P.M.

Teaching methods:
All classes have incorporated teaching method that consists of lectures,
seminars, hands-on labs, practical works, research and group work. The
assessment of knowledge takes place through written exams.
Tuition: 1500 GEL
